NVIDIA RTX 5000 Ada Generation Laptop GPU to profesjonalna karta graficzna dla notebooków. Bazuje ona na konsumenckim układzie GPU RTX 4090 Laptop z 9 728 rdzeniami CUDA, 76 rdzeniami ray tracing i 304 rdzeniami tensorowymi 4. generacji. RTX 5000 wykorzystuje również 16 GB pamięci z 256-bitową magistralą, ale pamięć obsługuje korekcję błędów ECC (opcjonalnie, zmniejsza rozmiar do 15360 MB). Częstotliwości taktowania są zawsze nieco niższe w przypadku profesjonalnych modeli RTX, dlatego też wydajność jest również niższa niż w przypadku RTX 4090 Mobile. Jednak, podobnie jak w przypadku RTX 4090, zależy to od TDP zapewnianego przez notebook. Według Nvidii, RTX 5000 może być skonfigurowany od 80 do 175 watów z odpowiednio dużymi różnicami w wydajności.
Pomimo podobnej nazwy, GPU nie jest porównywalny do starszego NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 (Turing).
Zastosowany układ AD103 jest produkowany przez TSMC w procesie 4N (5 nm).
