AMD Radeon RX 6700S to mobilna karta graficzna klasy high-end dla laptopów do gier. Wykorzystuje ona układ Navi 22 oparty na nowej architekturze RDNA 2. Wykorzystuje on 1792 z 2560 jednostek cieniujących (= 28 CU), 112 TMU i 64 ROP. 128-bitowy system pamięci łączy 8 GB GDDR6 z zegarem pamięci 2 GHz. Ponadto RX6800S zawiera 32 MB pamięci podręcznej Infinity Cache. AMD podało taktowanie 1,9 GHz w grach dla teoretycznej wydajności FP32 na poziomie 7,9 TFLOPS przy TDP wynoszącym 80 Watt. Oznacza to, że GPU jest teoretycznie wolniejszy niż Radeon RX 6650M (8,85 TFLOPS). 6700S to energooszczędny wariant modelu RX 6700M.

Wydajność RX 6700S w grach powinna być podobna doRadeon RX 6650M. AMD określa wydajność podobną do niskiego poboru mocyRTX 3060. Po włączeniu efektów Raytracing, układ pozostaje w tyle za procesorami graficznymi GeForce.

Układ Navi 22 jest produkowany w TSMC w nowoczesnym procesie technologicznym 7 nm.
