Xeon E-2176M to 6-rdzeniowy procesor do przenośnych stacji roboczych, nieco słabszy od Xeona E-2186M. Ma niższe taktowanie bazowe (2,7 a nie GHz) oraz niższe taktowanie w trybie turbo (4,4 GHz dla jednego rdzenia i 4,1 GHz dla wszystkich rdzeni wobec 4,8/4,3 GHz w E-2186M). TDP tego procesora jest konfigurowalne (45-65 W).
