AMD Ryzen Z2 Go to procesor dla tanich komputerów przenośnych oparty na odświeżonej generacji Rembrandt. Ryzen zawiera cztery z ośmiu rdzeni opartych na mikroarchitekturze Zen 3+. Są one taktowane zegarem od 3 (gwarantowane taktowanie bazowe) do 4,3 GHz (przyspieszenie pojedynczego rdzenia) i obsługują SMT / Hyperthreading (8 wątków). Ryzen Z2 Go bazuje na tym samym układzie, co starszy model AMD Ryzen 7335Uale z szybszym iGPU z wszystkimi 12 jednostkami CU (Radeon 680Mprędkość zegara nie jest obecnie znana).

Zen 3+ jest odświeżeniem architektury Zen 3 i nie powinien oferować wielu zmian. Układ oferuje nowoczesne funkcje, takie jak obsługa USB 4 (40 Gb/s), PCI-E Gen 4 i DDR5-4800MT/s lub LPDDR5-6400MT/s.

Wydajność powinna być wyraźnie lepsza niż w przypadku starego Ryzen 3 5300U i Ryzen 3 5425U ze względu na wyższe taktowanie i ulepszoną architekturę. Podobnie nazwane inne układy Ryzen Z2 bazują na nowszych chipach, a zatem są wyraźnie szybsze i bardziej energooszczędne.

Ryzen Z2 Go jest produkowany w technologii 6 nm FinFET w TSMC i charakteryzuje się TDP na poziomie 28 W (konfigurowalne 15-30 W).
