Mediatek Dimensity 7030

Mediatek Dimensity 7030 to średniej klasy SoC ARM (system-on-a-chip), który może być stosowany zarówno w smartfonach, jak i tabletach (głównie Android). SoC został wprowadzony we wrześniu 2023 roku.

Zawiera modem 5G i obsługuje najnowsze standardy telefonii komórkowej w trybie dual-SIM z obiema kartami, dzięki czemu surfowanie i telefonowanie jest możliwe za pomocą dwóch różnych kart jednocześnie. SoC integruje dwa rdzenie ARM Cortex A78 o taktowaniu do 2,5 GHz dla wymagających zadań oraz sześć rdzeni ARM Cortex A55 o niskim poborze mocy i taktowaniu do 2 GHz.

Układ ma zintegrowany modem 5G sub-6 GHz i mmWave, w tym obsługę dwóch kart SIM, który może osiągnąć maksymalną prędkość pobierania do 4,6 Gb / s. Obsługiwane jest Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax), a także Bluetooth 5.2.

Kontroler pamięci radzi sobie z pamięcią roboczą LPDDR4x lub LPDDR5, a także pamięcią masową UFS 3.1. Jako zintegrowaną kartę graficzną, SoC wykorzystuje układ Mali-G610 MP3który obsługuje wyświetlanie obrazu z częstotliwością 144 Hz, a także HDR10+ Adaptive, HLG i Dolby Vision w maksymalnej rozdzielczości 2520 x 1080 pikseli.

W porównaniu do Dimensity 920jednostka CPU ma te same prędkości zegara, ale bardziej nowoczesny zestaw instrukcji, ARMv8.2-A. Zastosowano nową jednostkę graficzną i obsługiwane jest WiFi 6E, a także wyświetlacze o częstotliwości do 144 Hz.

SoC jest produkowany w procesie 6 nm.
