 T765

UniSoc T765 to średniej klasy SoC z 8 rdzeniami procesora w dwóch klastrach. Dwa duże rdzenie ARM Cortex-A76 są taktowane zegarem do 2,3 GHz. Sześć mniejszych rdzeni pracuje z częstotliwością do 2,1 GHz.

Zintegrowany kontroler pamięci obsługuje LPDDR4/4X do 2133 MHz (2x 16 bit). Zintegrowany ISP obsługuje kamerę o rozdzielczości do 108 MPikseli. Zintegrowana karta graficzna to ARM Mali-G57 MC2 (2 rdzenie) . Wbudowany modem 5G obsługuje TDD+FDD CA w paśmie poniżej 6 GHz z przepustowością 130 MHz.

Układ produkowany jest w nieco starszym procesie technologicznym 6 nm (EUV w TSMC).
