Google Tensor
Google Tensor SoC (G1, pierwsza generacja) to pierwszy procesor do smartfonów od Google. Jest on pozycjonowany jako wysokiej klasy SoC i koncentruje się na zintegrowanej jednostce TPU do wydajnych obliczeń AI i ML. Część CPU integruje dwa szybkie i duże rdzenie ARM Cortex X1 o częstotliwości do 2,8 GHz. Drugi klaster integruje 2 średniej klasy rdzenie Cortex-A76 o taktowaniu do 2,25 GHz. Wreszcie, cztery małe rdzenie ARM Cortex-A55 o taktowaniu do 1,8 GHz są zintegrowane w celu zwiększenia wydajności. Wszystkie rdzenie mają dostęp do współdzielonej pamięci podręcznej L3 o pojemności 4 MB.
Następcami SoC Tensor są układy Tensor G2 i G3 .
Układ integruje również procesor bezpieczeństwa Titan M2 i procesor graficzny ARM Mali G78 MP20. Układ jest produkowany w nowoczesnym procesie technologicznym 5 nm.
