MediaTek Dimensity 9200
MediaTek Dimensity 9200 to wysokiej klasy SoC ze zintegrowanym modemem 5G i Wi-Fi 7. Zawiera on jeden szybki rdzeń Cortex-X3 o taktowaniu do 3,05 GHz, trzy kolejne rdzenie A715 o taktowaniu do 2,85 GHz oraz cztery energooszczędne rdzenie (Cortex-A510) o taktowaniu do 1,8 GHz. SoC jest produkowany w 2. generacji procesu technologicznego 4 nm w TSMC. Wszystkie rdzenie CPU mogą łącznie korzystać z 8 MB pamięci podręcznej poziomu 3 i 6 MB pamięci podręcznej poziomu systemowego (SLC).
Zintegrowany kontroler pamięci obsługuje teraz LPDDR5X z prędkością 8533 Mb/s. Obciążenia związane ze sztuczną inteligencją można przyspieszyć dzięki APU 680.
