Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 4G
Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 (SD685, SM6225-AD) to średniej klasy układ SoC oparty na architekturze ARM, który można znaleźć głównie w tabletach i smartfonach Android. Posiada on 8 rdzeni Kryo 265 (niestandardowy projekt, 64-bitowy), które są podzielone na dwa klastry. Szybki klaster czterech rdzeni o taktowaniu do 2,8 GHz (Kryo 265 Gold - pochodna Cortex-A73) oraz energooszczędny klaster o taktowaniu do 1,9 GHz (Kryo 265 Silver - pochodna Cortex A53). Oba klastry mogą być również używane razem. Według Qualcomm SD685 to około 15% wyższa wydajność procesora i 10% wyższa wydajność GPU w porównaniu do starego SD680 (dzięki wyższym prędkościom zegara).
Oprócz 8 rdzeni CPU, SoC integruje średniej klasy GPU Adreno 610 z kontrolerem pamięci LPDDR4 (dwukanałowym) i obsługuje Wi-Fi (802.11ac + MIMO, maks. 867 Mbps), Bluetooth 5 i LTE (modem X11 LTE z pobieraniem do 390 Mbps).
SoC produkowany jest w 6nm procesie technologicznym.
