Mediatek Kompanio 1300T

Mediatek Kompanio 1300T to szybki SoC klasy średniej ze zintegrowanym modemem 5G dla tabletów z systemem Android. Wyposażony jest w dwa klastry procesorów. Cztery rdzenie ARM Cortex-A78 o częstotliwości do 2,6 GHz oraz, dla lepszej efektywności energetycznej, cztery rdzenie ARM Cortex-A55 o częstotliwości do 2 GHz. W porównaniu z układami Mediatek Dimensity 1300 i Dimensity 1200 nie ma szybszego rdzenia głównego (z czterech A78), przez co wydajność pojedynczego przewodu jest znacznie niższa.

Ponadto w układzie zintegrowano 9-rdzeniowy procesor graficzny ARM Mali-G77 MC9, modem Wi-fi 6 (ax), kontroler pamięci LPDDR4x (do 5266Mbps), procesor AI (6-rdzeniowy APU 3.0) oraz de- i kodowanie wideo (w tym AV1).

Układ jest wytwarzany w nowoczesnym procesie technologicznym 6nm i ma być bardzo energooszczędny.
