APU integruje 10 rdzeni procesora o taktowaniu 2-5 GHz, kartę graficzną RDNA3+ o 12 CU i potężny 50 TOPS XDNA 2 Neural Engine (akceleracja AI). W porównaniu do podobnego poprzednika, model Ryzen AI 9 365aI 465 oferuje wsparcie dla szybkich pamięci DDR5-8533. Ryzen AI 9 HX PRO 465 jest identyczny z konsumenckim modelem Ryzen AI 9 HX PRO 465 Konsumenckiego Ryzen AI 9 HX 465 z obsługą dodatkowych funkcji zarządzania i zabezpieczeń, takich jak pamięć ECC.
