Intel Core 3 305 to niewielki SoC z rodziny Wildcat Lake. Wykorzystuje on 6 rdzeni CPU w dwóch klastrach. Dwa szybkie rdzenie z serii Cougar Cove taktowane są zegarem od 1,5 do 4,3 GHz. Ponadto układ zawiera cztery energooszczędne rdzenie E (architektura Darkmont) o taktowaniu od 1,4 do 3,3 GHz. Sprawia to, że Wildcat Lake jest podobny do szybszych układów Panther Lake.

Core 3 304 obsługuje do 64 GB pamięci DDR5-6400 i ma małą kartę graficzną Intel Graphics iGPU z 16 EU. W przeciwieństwie do słabszego Core 3 304 305 nie oferuje NPU.

Pierwsze testy Geekbench, które wyciekły (dotyczące Core 3 304 z tylko 5 rdzeniami) pokazują wydajność w dolnym zakresie obecnych procesorów do notebooków. Procesory Intel N z serii Twin Lake (np. Core 3 N350) mogą być znacznie lepsze.

TDP wynosi od 15 W do 35 W (podstawa - turbo), dzięki czemu SoC nadaje się do małych laptopów i małych systemów wbudowanych. Układ CPU SoC jest produkowany przez firmę Intel w nowoczesnym procesie technologicznym 18A.
