Intel Core 5 320 to niewielki SoC z rodziny Wildcat Lake. Wykorzystuje on 6 rdzeni CPU w dwóch klastrach. Dwa szybkie rdzenie z serii Cougar Cove taktowane są zegarem od 1,5 do 4,4 GHz, a cztery energooszczędne rdzenie E (architektura Darkmont LP) od 1,4 do 3,3 GHz. Upodabnia to Wildcat Lake do szybszych układów Panther Lake. W przeciwieństwie do identycznego Core 5 330, Core 5 320 nie obsługuje programu walidacji Intel Stable IT Platform Program(SIPP).

Ze względu na niższe o 200 MHz (5%) taktowanie rdzenia, różnica w wydajności względem najszybszego modelu Wildcat Lake, czyli Core 7 360 powinna wynosić maksymalnie 5%. Dlatego też wspomniał starszy Core 7 150U Nadal powinien zostać pokonany przez Core 5 320.

Core 5 320 obsługuje do 64 GB pamięci DDR5-6400 i ma niewielką kartę graficzną Intel Graphics iGPU z 32 EU. Zintegrowany NPU oferuje 16 TOPów (Int8).

TDP wynosi 15W - 35W (Base - Turbo), dzięki czemu SoC nadaje się do małych laptopów i małych systemów wbudowanych. Układ CPU SoC jest produkowany w nowoczesnym procesie technologicznym 18A firmy Intel.
