To sprzęt stworzony z myślą o graczach i osobach, które chcą maksymalnej mocy w jak najniższej cenie. W codziennym użytkowaniu działa błyskawicznie, oferuje bardzo dobry ekran i świetny czas pracy na baterii. Nie jest to jednak telefon bez wad. Aparat ultraszerokokątny nie zachwyca, a obudowa łatwo łapie rysy. Do tego dochodzi nagrzewanie pod obciążeniem i reklamy w HyperOS 3. Czy to wielkie niedociągnięcia, zważywszy na kuszącą cenę? Oceńcie sami. Jeśli jednak priorytetem są dla Ciebie wydajność i opłacalność, POCO X8 Pro to jeden z najmocniejszych kandydatów w swojej klasie.

POCO X8 Pro to model, który bardzo mocno trzyma się filozofii POCO: maksymalnie dużo mocy, świetna bateria i bardzo dobry ekran za jak najniższą cenę. W wielu aspektach (jasność ekranu, IP68, bateria 6500 mAh, 100 W ładowanie) przypomina droższe flagowce, mimo że kosztuje zdecydowanie mniej. Niestety mobilni fotografowie mogą tutaj być zawiedzeni. POCO X8 Pro to świetny wybór „do wszystkiego” dla świadomego użytkownika, który szuka telefonu do 2000 zł z mocnym procesorem, rewelacyjną baterią, flagowym ekranem, ale nie zależy mu na zdjęciach – z pełną świadomością bierze telefon wiedząc, że teleobiektyw i foto‑fajerwerki zostają w droższych modelach.

Punktem odniesienia dla POCO X8 Pro Max po prostu musi być Nothing Phone 4a, którego testowałem niemal równolegle. Dzieje się tak chociażby ze względu na bardzo podobną cenę, która dla POCO wynosi w Polsce 1999 złotych za wersję 12/512 GB. Jest więc o 100 złotych drożej niż w przypadku Nothinga, ale mamy za to 2 razy tyle pamięci na dane. I choć Nothing zasadniczo wygrywa pod wieloza względami, tak POCO X8 Pro Max miażdży jego – oraz każdego innego konkurenta bez względu na półkę cenową – przynajmniej pod jednym względem. Jest nim bateria i chociaż naprawdę próbowałem, to szybciej poddalem się ja grający w Pokemon Go, niż ogniwo w POCO. Ładowanie co trzy dni w przypadku kogoś, kto nie łapie 1000+ Pokemonów dziennie jest całkiem możliwym scenariuszem.

POCO X8 Pro Iron Man trafił w moje ręcę. Nie będę ukrywał – bardzo chciałem, aby przetestować ten model, głównie dlatego, że pragnąłem porównać z poprzednią generacją. Nie był to jednak jedyny powód. Oto moje pierwsze wrażenia. Rok temu miałem okazję testować POCO X8 w specjalnej edycji sygnowanej logo Marvela. Będąc zupełnie szczerym nie byłem specjalnie zainteresowany tym smartfonem, ale jako ogromny fan popkultury nie mogłem przejść obok niego obojętnie. Producent postarał się pod kątem wyglądu (szczególnie w kontekście samego opakowania), ale przede wszystkim – był to świetny, wydajny średniak, który znalazł się w moim osobistych rankingu najlepszym telefonów przetestowanych przeze mnie w 2025 roku. Czas sprawdzić, jaki design został zaserwowany w POCO X8 i co się zmieniło w porównaniu do poprzedniej generacji.

I would have liked to have seen more progress made in the camera department, while Xiaomi’s software remains some of the least likable on the market, but it’s difficult to argue with the sheer level of performance on offer here – not to mention the quality of the screen – for less than £400. While the Poco X8 Pro Max will undoubtedly steal most of the attention, I’d encourage you to not sleep on the regular Poco X8 Pro. It offers a broadly comparable experience for significantly less money, all while catching a lot of its lower-mid-range rivals flat footed.

While the Pro Max model boasted one of the biggest batteries around and some seriously beefy performance, things get downgraded for the cheaper POCO X8 Pro. Not too harshly, however. Sure, the battery life isn't as supreme, but this phone can still survive a pretty long day. Meanwhile gamers get enough grunt to play through hardcore titles, despite the £350 UK starting price. Once again it's pretty basic camera tech slapped on the POCO X8 Pro, but it's good enough to snap your kids and pets for sharing online. Besides the hit-and-miss Hyper OS 3, there's a lot to love here for a mid-range price tag. The Poco X8 Pro has a likable and durable body, an excellent OLED screen with all sorts of perks and high brightness, capable cameras, amazing battery life, and, of course, impressive raw and sustained performance.We expected the selfie camera to be a disappointment, but it turned out rather okay, so we are gladly admitting when we're wrong. We'd still prefer a 50MP AF shooter here, of course, but that's reserved for Xiaomi/s more expensive phones.It was really hard to find fault with anything about the Poco X8 Pro. A telephoto camera would have made this phone a killer offer for sure, but even without it, it's sort of still killing it.The Poco X8 Pro is probably our easiest recommendation for 2026 so far.

Let's start with the price, as it's very important. Special edition phones tend to be expensive, but Poco somehow made the X8 Pro Iron Man quite affordable. It costs just $399, and for that amount of money you're getting 512GB storage, a big battery and fast charging, a super bright and crisp AMOLED screen, and really cool looks. On the other side of the coin there's the midrange chipset and camera and the lack of wireless charging. I think this model could be a great gift for your kid, as I don't think there's a youth that doesn't like Marvel and Iron Man in particular.

For yet another year on the trot, Poco has blown me away with how little it can charge for such an impressive set of hardware. The Poco X8 Pro Max takes battery capacity to places previously unheard of, at least to Western audiences, and has the raw performance to almost nudge into flagship territory. I do think the designs aren’t quite as unique as last year, which could be a problem seeing how Nothing has stepped up on that front for its Phone 4a and Phone 4a Pro duo. Poco’s overloading of app bloat is still a downer too.
