Lenovo's Yoga 7i 2-in-1 16-inch laptop features ample I/O with two Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI 2.1 output, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and a microSD slot. The 16-inch 2K touchscreen is responsive and a good size to get productivity tasks done throughout the day. With true all-day battery and the Core Ultra 5 at the helm, this laptop can handle chores from video and photo editing to writing, light gaming, and more with ease.

This 2-in-1 laptop that I recommend to students isn't made by HP or Dell (and it's $350 off)

The Lenovo Yoga 7i has its quirks, but it's part of a solid line of devices on a noble mission: reimagining the laptop experience. The combination of the touchscreen and flexible configurations invites the user to free themselves from the confines of a single form factor, and its sturdy, high-end build supports all the physical bending, adjusting, and positioning. I recommend the Yoga 7i for users who want a powerful laptop but also have use for a tablet. In this sense, the Yoga 7i offers the best of both worlds.

72% Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 16-inch (2024) review: A MacBook user gives Windows a whirl
Źródło: Mashable angielski EN→PL
This is a tough question to answer because it really depends on what you want and need from a laptop. Gamers can and should look elsewhere, given the specs. People who need to do intense video editing or 3D modeling can probably do better, as well. The Yoga 7i is specced and priced for people who work on the computer but don’t work like that on the computer, if you catch my drift. If you need a bulky, sturdy machine for streaming things and answering emails, you can certainly do worse. The versatility and size of the display helps matters, as the Yoga 7i can (in a pinch) be an entertainment machine, too. But it’s not especially portable or remarkable in any other way. Still, it’s not as expensive as a MacBook and has a way more functional keyboard, if nothing else.

60% Lenovo Yoga 7i 16 Gen 9 Review
Źródło: PC Mag angielski EN→PL
A 16-inch laptop is a desktop-PC alternative (commonly called a desktop replacement) by definition, so we've always been bemused by 16-inch convertibles: They're too bulky and heavy for use as tablets, so they spend most of their time in laptop mode, perhaps occasionally propped up for a presentation or folded flat on a desk for marking up a document with a stylus. Lenovo's Yoga 7i 16 Gen 9 (starts at $818.10; $899.99 as tested) is a big-screen 2-in-1 that updates last year's model with Intel's new Core Ultra silicon under the hood and Microsoft's new Copilot key on the keyboard. It's about as fine as an affordable large convertible gets, but it's more of a niche player than a mainstream option.

70% Lenovo Yoga 7i Gen 9 review: Here for a good time — and a long time
Źródło: Laptop Mag angielski EN→PL
The Lenovo Yoga 7i Gen 9 succeeds in some areas but falls flat in others. It’s a capable 2-in-1 with a battery that can last a full day, loud top-firing speakers, and a roomy touchpad. However, a dull display and mixed results on our performance tests make the Yoga 7i a hit-or-miss depending on individual users’ preferences and needs. The Yoga 7i can handle basic daily tasks like word processing and web browsing fine. However, if you are looking for a laptop for graphic design, photo editing, or any graphics-intensive task, you will be better off with the similarly priced Lenovo Slim 7i or Acer Swift Go 14. Visit our guide to the best laptops for even more alternatives to consider.

78% Lenovo Yoga 7i review: A long-lasting 2-in-1 with tradeoffs
Źródło: PC World angielski EN→PL
Lenovo has put together a curious package in the 16-inch Yoga 7i (16IML9). It’s a well built piece of hardware, but it’s not built around great parts. With a lackluster display and unsatisfying keyboard, the ways you’ll actually interact with the laptop don’t meet the same standard of quality that the chassis brings to the table. You’ll still find a large footprint for productivity in the 16-inch display, and you won’t suffer from an overly heavy machine. Performance is decent for office tasks, and the battery life is more than respectable in that scenario. Having the option to use a keyboard and trackpad, a touchscreen, or a stylus also delivers flexibility that may benefit users with a variety of workflows who want one device to help with all of them. There are better laptops to go for if you have more straightforward computing needs, but if your work calls for Lenovo’s flipping trick, the Yoga 7i is a fairly sensible option at $900.

70% Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 16 review: a $650 laptop that could cost twice as much
Źródło: Digital Trends angielski EN→PL
The Yoga 7 2-in-1 16 is well-built, reasonably portable, and gets good enough performance even with its entry-level chipset. Battery life is a strength as well. It looks fine, its keyboard and touchpad are good enough, and you can’t argue with a price that tops out at $650. What makes this a difficult laptop to rate is its display, which isn’t high-res enough at 16 inches and has poor color width and accuracy. But, if you just have to have a large laptop and colors aren’t as vital, the price might be enough to convince you.

78% Lenovo Yoga 7 16 Gen 9 Review: Big Screen 2-in-1 Laptop With a Small Price
Źródło: CNet angielski EN→PL
Yes, the Yoga 7 16 Gen 9 is a good choice if you are shopping for a two-in-one laptop and don't want to spend a lot on it. It offers competitive performance and long battery life, but it's better as a secondary laptop that you'll use for entertainment -- watching shows and movies, browsing the web and playing casual tablet games -- than a primary computer because its display resolution is a notch below where it needs to be for a 16-inch screen. In this case, the HP Envy x360 16 is worth the added money for its higher-resolution OLED display.

60% Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 Gen 9 (16-Inch) Review
Źródło: PC Mag angielski EN→PL
Like other bulky and heavy 16-inch convertibles, the Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 Gen 9 is a niche product. It's stylish enough and offers decent input devices and battery life, but its screen needs better color coverage and the base model's 8GB of memory is inadequate. The Intel-based Yoga 7i, which offers 16GB of RAM, Thunderbolt 4 support, and longer battery life for similar money, is a better option. However, we don’t find convertible features compelling on a device of this size. For most people, a non-convertible desktop replacement like the Acer Swift Go 16 or a more portable model such as the Asus Zenbook 14 OLED Touch (UM3406) is a better option.

80% Lenovo Yoga 7i 16 Gen 10 Review: Midrange 2-in-1 Supplies Spacious Display and Solid Performance
Źródło: CNet angielski EN→PL
The Yoga 7i 16 Gen 10 offers a spacious display in a fairly thin-and-light design, making it worthy of consideration. Add in its solid performance for the price, long battery life and two-in-one versatility, it's an easy recommendation, especially when you can find it on sale for less than $700. It can handle a wide range of home office and entertainment tasks, allowing you to seamlessly switch between laptop and tablet modes for note-taking, web browsing and video watching. Graphics pros require a brighter, more color-accurate display and dedicated graphics, but this 16-inch two-in-one offers sufficient performance for casual creative work and browser-based games that can be played on the touchscreen.

70% The Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 16 is nearly great, except for one huge flaw
Źródło: Laptop Mag angielski EN→PL
I wanted to love the Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 16, especially after its graphics performance and audio quality proved to be much better than I expected. Unfortunately, the display quality is so poor it's hard to overlook, even at the Yoga's relatively affordable price. The 2-in-1 form factor and spacious 16-inch display would otherwise make the Yoga perfect for creative tasks, gaming, and watching movies, but all of those rely on a high-quality display, counteracting what would otherwise be great selling points for the Yoga. Unfortunately, the display is so underwhelming that I'd only suggest you pick up this laptop if you can find it at a good discount during a sale or if display quality isn't a concern for you.

60% Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 review: Long-lasting, sturdy, and confused
Źródło: PC World angielski EN→PL
The Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 is lost looking for purpose. It has all the trappings of a machine for creatives — it’s stylish and can flex to fit different modes of use. But its performance is really suited to more basic productivity, and its display simply won’t allow a visual artist to see the work they’re creating because it is woefully lacking in color gamut. Because of this, the Yoga 7i largely undermines its own purpose as a 2-in-1 while struggling to be as good a laptop as it could without the concessions made to be a 2-in-1. While the launch configurations are all stuck with the experience-hindering display, the option to get a sharper, faster, more colorful OLED display could help the Yoga 7i out of the mire it’s caught in. But with the price increase that would certainly entail, the Yoga 7i is likely only going to find itself further squeezed against the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 — a faster, thinner, lighter laptop that already has the excellent 16-inch display and 2-in-1 flexibility.

89% Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 Gen 10 review: A solid 16″ laptop for most general users
Źródło: Techaeris angielski EN→PL
The 16″ Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 Gen 10 I had here for review, sports a 2K 60Hz IPS display, 2-in-1 versatility, and fantastic battery life. This isn’t a laptop for someone looking for a very bright screen, high refresh rate, or pro level performance. What this laptop does well are the basic things that general users who browse, email, do social media, handle documents, and also want some level of content consumption do on the daily. I’d recommend the Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 Gen 10 to parents who need a solid option for their kids or an older user who just wants the basics, with a large screen. The Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 Gen 10 is the “basics” laptop for the general user. It’s not going to break the bank and is still going to provide the essentials for the general user who wants a 2-in-1.

Lenovo:

Zapewnia 4 rdzenie Xe (64 silniki wektorowe Xe) i 4 jednostki ray tracingu.

AMD Radeon 760M:

Zintegrowana karta graficzna w mobilnych układach APU Ryzen 7040 oparta na architekturze RDNA3 z 8 z 12 jednostek CU (= 512 shaderów) i taktowaniu do 2,8 GHz.

Intel Arc 140V: Całkiem szybka zintegrowana karta graficzna, którą podobno wykorzystują niektóre procesory Intel Lunar Lake. 140V posiada 8 rdzeni architektury Xe² pracujących z częstotliwością do 2 050 MHz i 8 jednostek ray tracingu; obsługuje DirectX 12 Ultimate, a także wszystkie nowoczesne kodeki wideo. Jeśli ostatnie wyniki benchmarków są jakąś wskazówką, jego wydajność w grach będzie nieco lepsza niż w przypadku GeForce MX570.

Intel Meteor Lake-U:

AMD Hawk Point (Zen 4/4c):
