iPad Pro 11” 2024 to zdecydowanie ponadprzeciętny tablet. Trudno o sprzęt równie cienki i lekki, a jednocześnie tak solidnie wykonany. Trudno o drugi tablet z tak dobrym ekranem OLED, tak długim czasem pracy na baterii, tak dobrze grającymi głośnikami i o tak wysokiej wydajności. Z mojej perspektywy iPad Pro 11” 2024 stanowi więc świetne urządzenie zarówno dla tych, którzy chcą wykorzystywać go do rozrywki poprzez oglądanie treści wideo i granie w gry mobilne, jak i dla artystów oraz twórców, którzy chcą tworzyć grafiki, filmy i animacje. Oczywiście to nie jest tak, że iPad Pro 11” 2024 jest sprzętem absolutnie idealnym. Nie jest to bowiem tablet wodoodporny, ładowanie go trwa dość długo, a ładowarki nie znajdziemy w zestawie z nim.

By now, we expect excellence from the iPad Pro, and this year’s model certainly delivers with excellent speed and a gorgeous new display. No matter what I watched on its Ultra Retina XDR screen, I was floating between impressed and giddy. I have a transatlantic flight this summer, and I can’t imagine bringing any other device with me for watching movies and TV shows on that more than seven-hour slog. On top of that, the Apple Pencil Pro’s new tricks mean more seamless usage, so you can just focus on what you’re drawing and writing, and think less about pecking through menu options in the apps you’re using. Those who want something new or different from the iPad Pro will probably think about skipping this round or going for a more affordable tablet. Looking at its competitors, though, I see different problems.

The iPad Pro M4 has become a crucial part of my mobile workflow due to its cellular connectivity, fast performance, and long-lasting battery life. Other perks include extensive support for creative apps and a desktop-class web browser. For some people, the iPad Pro can absolutely be a laptop alternative. Unfortunately, you will pay a premium for that luxury. An iPad Pro M4 with 512GB storage, cellular support, and accessories can easily exceed £2,000/$2,000. It’s a tough sell for a tablet that, in many ways, is still less versatile than a similarly-priced MacBook or 2-in-1 laptop. Despite the fresh chassis, new chipset, and revamped accessories, there’s little reason for owners of an iPad Pro M1 or M2 to spend a fortune upgrading to the M4 version. However, if you’re buying an iPad Pro for the first time or are coming from an older model, the M4 version will be a sweet upgrade.

Apple has called the M4 iPad its "ultimate vision" for the iPad – and from a design perspective, it's easy to see why. The ultra thin and light design, combined with the ridiculously bright OLED display, make this a stunning combination of tech and form factor. For creatives on the go who value portability, the 11-inch model could be a no-brainer. The only issue here is the price. The most portable iPad is also the most powerful, which means you're paying nearly a grand for all the bells and whistles that the M4 chip provides. If you won't be using the iPad for creative tasks, you might want to plump for the more budget M2 iPad Air (which also supports the new Apple Pencil Pro). But if you're happy to pay the price, the 11-inch M4 iPad Pro is the one to beat.

When Apple announced the iPad Pro 11, it piqued my interest. I’ve always been a fan of the bigger iPad Pro, but despite having an M2 processor in the last generation, I found the trade-offs too much. These were mainly the weight, ergonomics, lack of Pro features in iPad OS, and the weight of the Magic Keyboard, which made the iPad too heavy overall. Almost all of these are now fixed, and the iPad Pro (2024) is the best tablet I’ve ever used. The vastly reduced weight of the iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard make it an absolute joy to use. I’ve found that the 13-inch is better for my needs than the 11-inch, which can feel cramped, but there’s nuance to that decision.

The Apple iPad Pro 11 (2024) is an incredibly thin and lightweight powerhouse. Even better, it boasts a class-leading OLED display, superb speaker setup and offers nicely long battery life. Its iPad OS has been slowly growing into a full-fledged desktop operating system, one that is touch optimized. In fact, the only thing that stops the complete transformation is the iOS-like file management. Overall, the iPads do sell well for the sole reason they are great tablets. Be it the cheapest iPad, the mid-range iPad Air or the most expensive iPad Pro - they are positioned very well and cater to different users. They are also the most popular tablets because the iPad was first way back and now there are already a ton of iPad-optimized apps.

iPad Pro 11 z M5 to perfekcyjne urządzenie do konsumpcji treści, rozrywki i pracy kreatywnej. Dzięki ogromnej mocy i w końcu poprawionemu systemowi zarządzania okienkami może – pod pewnymi względami, o których pisałem tutaj – zastąpić MacBooka. Paradoksalnie jednak jest to sprzęt zbyt mocny, by szersze grono użytkowników mogło wykorzystać pełnię jego potencjału. Gdyby tańsze iPady otrzymały wyższe odświeżanie ekranu, to nastąpiłaby ta sama kanibalizacja, co w przypadku podstawowych iPhone’ów 17 oraz modeli Pro. Nie zmienia to jednak faktu, że nowy iPad Pro daje czystą frajdę z użytkowania. Jest piękny, lekki, smukły i tak wydajny, że bez obaw można zabrać go w teren jako alternatywę dla komputera.

With the new M5 chip, Apple has finally turned its flagship tablet into a bona fide laptop replacement. The keyboard also does some of the work here, but the power, the speed, and the software tweaks all make for a brilliant device to use for work. Could it be cheaper? Prices start at $999 (£999) for the 11in model, and that is less than the S11 Ultra, but significantly more than the OnePlus Pad 3. So it could be a little more budget-friendly, but it's better, in our opinion, than both those alternatives. This is, hands down, the most powerful tablet around.

The iPad Pro M5 is the best iPad I’ve ever tested, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you should buy it. In a vacuum, its best-in-class performance, stunning OLED screen, long battery life and impressive multitasking chops offer a lot to love, and folks coming an iPad Pro M1 or older (or a non-Pro iPad) will notice some serious performance gains. If you’re getting your first iPad and aren’t really fussed by spending a grand or more, you’ll be treated to the finest tablet experience out there. For the vast majority of people reading this, though, the iPad Pro M5 is likely overkill for what you need. Apple’s iPad Air M3 is nearly as capable on the performance front for around half the price, as long as you can live without perks like a smooth OLED display. If you happen to catch last year’s iPad Pro M4 on sale, you’ll barely be giving anything up for the lower price.

The iPad Pro M5 looks like it should be the best iPad yet, provided money’s no issue for you. Designed for the power users and OLED lovers, this is the best tablet that a lot of money can buy. That said, anyone who bought the iPad Pro M4 for its display and not its brawn shouldn’t be reaching for their credit card or ApplePay quite yet. Those with older iPads that hit their limits on performance should definitely check it out, especially if you’re the kind of person who stopped shopping for the best laptops and switched over to the tablet world. The iPad Pro features one of the best portable screens I’ve ever seen, and that’s more than enough reason for many to upgrade. I can’t wait to get the iPad Pro M5 in my hands for our full and comprehensive review, so stay tuned.

Karty z tej kategorii są w stanie pociągnąć płynnie najnowsze gry, ale

nie ze wszystkimi opcjami i nie w wysokiej rozdzielczości. Szczególnie

wymagające gry chodzą tylko na minimalnych ustawieniach, w wyniku

czego często mocno cierpi jakość grafiki. Układy z tej klasy powinny

zainteresować osoby rzadko grające w gry.

Apple M4 10-Core GPU: Zintegrowana karta graficzna zaprojektowana przez Apple, która posiada 10 rdzeni. Ten iGPU jest wbudowany w układy SoC Apple M4 (zarówno w wersji 9-rdzeniowej, jak i 10-rdzeniowej); wykorzystuje zunifikowaną architekturę pamięci i pod względem funkcji nie różni się zbytnio od 10-rdzeniowego procesora graficznego M3. Wczesne benchmarki porównujące 10-rdzeniowy procesor graficzny M4 z 10-rdzeniowym procesorem graficznym M3 wskazują na wzrost wydajności nawet o 15%, jednak należy od razu zaznaczyć, że wydajność układu M4 będzie bardzo słaba ze względu na cienką obudowę nowych iPadów, w której brakuje jakiegokolwiek aktywnego chłodzenia. Podobnie jak reszta układu Apple M3, karta graficzna jest produkowana w procesie technologicznym TSMC "drugiej generacji 3 nm".

Powinny być w stanie zapewnić płynność we wszystkich najnowszych

grach. Tytuły o najwyższych wymaganiach sprzętowych będą jednak

chodzić na średnich ustawieniach grafiki. Starsze i mniej wymagające -

na wysokich.

Apple M5 10-Core GPU: Zintegrowana karta graficzna opracowana przez Apple i zintegrowana z układem SoC Apple M5. Oferuje 10 rdzeni i według Apple do 30% wyższą wydajność w porównaniu do GPU M4.
