Jeśli zerkniesz na wieńczące ten artykuł listy plusów i minusów, możesz zauważyć, że wypunktowałem ich tyle samo po obu stronach. To sugerowałoby, że mamy do czynienia z bardzo przeciętnym smartfonem, ale nie byłby to słuszny wniosek. W rzeczywistości bowiem, pomimo paru bolączek, jest to – w moim odczuciu – smartfon nieprzeciętnie dobry. W związku z tym też jestem w stanie go z czystym sumieniem polecić i wystawić mu taką, a nie inną notę. Brak eSIM czy ładowania bezprzewodowego to minusy, które dla mnie nie stanowią powodu, by zrezygnować z zakupu. Zainstalowanych fabrycznie aplikacji da się zaś szybko pozbyć, a jakość dźwięku nie jest aż tak zła, no i inna sprawa, że i tak słucham raczej muzyki na słuchawkach, a wtedy możemy liczyć na obsługę i aptX Adaptive, i LDAC, i LHDC 5.0.

Szukając mocnego smartfona do 2500 zł, trudno dziś przejść obojętnie obok POCO F7 Pro. To model, który kontynuuje filozofię poprzednika: maksimum mocy w jak najniższej cenie. Mamy tu Snapdragona 8 Gen 3, który jeszcze długo nie straci na aktualności – zwłaszcza że większość konkurentów w tej półce cenowej oferuje zauważalnie słabsze układy. Do tego świetny ekran OLED, znakomita płynność i główny aparat, który pozytywnie zaskakuje – także przy 2-krotnym przybliżeniu. Wydajność to bez dwóch zdań najmocniejszy punkt tego modelu. Nie wszystko jednak zagrało idealnie. POCO wciąż nie oferuje ładowania bezprzewodowego, a ultraszerokokątny aparat to raczej wypełniacz niż realne wsparcie fotograficzne. Selfie? Powiedzmy, że są – i tyle.

Na papierze POCO F7 Pro kosztuje 2399 zł, ale już teraz można dorwać go w promocji Early Bird za 2099 zł, a po zastosowaniu kodów dla nowych użytkowników nawet poniżej 2000 zł. I to jest moment, w którym robi się naprawdę ciekawie, bo za takie pieniądze… no po prostu nie znajdziesz nic równie wydajnego. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 w tej cenie to nie tyle dobra okazja, co kompletny szok. Do tego dochodzą inne mocne strony: świetna jakość wykonania, soczysty ekran AMOLED 1440p, szybka pamięć UFS 4.1, 90W ładowanie i ogromna bateria 6000 mAh. To smartfon, który aż się prosi o to, by go eksploatować – czy to w grach, czy w codziennej pracy. Ale żeby nie było zbyt kolorowo – aparat to największy kompromis tego modelu.

Ale doskonały 50-megapikselowy moduł fotograficzny Omnivision Light Hunter 800 z hybrydową stabilizacją stara się pracować dla każdego. Udaje mu się zachować szczegółowość nawet w szczerze mówiąc słabych warunkach oświetleniowych, a system redukcji szumów działa poprawnie. Głośny i głęboki dźwięk głośników stereo, zoptymalizowana powłoka HyperOS, port IR do sterowania sprzętem AGD, płatności zbliżeniowe NFC i obsługa modemu w sieciach 5G dodają do listy zalet urządzenia. Mimo że nie obejmuje ładowania bezprzewodowego, chęć zakupu urządzenia dla siebie wcale nie maleje.

However, for £500 UK there's a lot to like here. I'm not a fan of that design, it's not my favourite, but many people think the Poco F7 Pro smartphone looks lovely. That AMOLED screen is a stunner and the stereo speakers are plenty powerful. Likewise, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 can handle Wuthering Waves, Genshin Impact and other memory-sucking games. The Poco F7 Pro's camera setup is limited, especially vs the Ultra or the Nothing Phone 3a duo. No telephoto zoom, just a basic ultra-wide shooter, that's it. All the same, this blower is one of the best mid-range phones for capturing photos of your family thanks to the nippy shutter speed. Nice.

Well, here we are. The final verdict. The Poco F7 Pro is a pretty decent phone. It carries over many good things from the Ultra model, such as the great screen and the decent main camera. But it also makes some sacrifices, featuring a year-old chipset and a pretty mediocre ultrawide camera. Oh, and there's no wireless charging on board. Then again, the phone comes with a 6,000 mAh battery and offers amazing battery life, and the overall aesthetics are also quite pleasing. At the end of the day, the price tag is the main drawback of this model. At 599 euros (just 100 down from the Ultra model), the sacrifices are too many to justify the cost. You can get a OnePlus 13R or wait for the upcoming Pixel 9a and probably get a better bang for your bucks.

That means it's staying true to the lineup's key principles and it's offering plenty of performance at a reasonable price and it's even doing really well in the imaging department. There are some aspects that rubbed us the wrong way. The selfies aren't exactly wow-material. There is no wireless charging, and the lack of eSIM support will limit its use to frequent travelers. And you have to get an extra charger to get the speediest possible charging (at least in the EU). Still, the Poco F7 Pro packs a potent Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip that's hard to find elsewhere at this price point, even more than a year after its release.

Perhaps I have been testing too many Xiaomi phones recently, but the Poco F7 Pro feels generic (dual-tone design aside). I miss the days when Poco phones were different, and not another Xiaomi phone (but with round icons instead of square ones). Thankfully, the Poco F7 Pro remains a “flagship killer” like previous models, especially at its retail price (S$669 for 256GB and S$729 for 512GB). You get good performance with some flagship niceties at an attractive price. But the battery stamina is the highlight here. Get it now from Shopee and Lazada. Those who order before April 9 can get S$30 off, and either the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro or the Redmi Buds 5 Pro as free gifts.

The Poco F7 Pro is, once again, a flagship killer in the truest sense. It doesn’t try to do everything – but what it does, it nails… mostly. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 offers ridiculous performance for the price, the 2K AMOLED screen is simply gorgeous, and battery life is top-tier. Add in 90W charging, IP68 water and dust resistance, and some smart AI features, and you’ve got one of the most well-rounded phones at this end of the market. Sure, the ultrawide camera is basic, there’s some bloatware to remove, and I would love to see a brighter display that you can actually use outdoors – but these are nitpicks in the face of what you’re getting overall. With such an aggressive price, I think that the F7 Pro is one of the best value buys of 2025. If you care more about everyday speed, battery, and visuals than bleeding-edge camera features, the Poco F7 Pro is the phone to beat. Just be sure that the more expensive Poco F7 Ultra wouldn’t suit you better.

Qualcomm Adreno 750:

Układ graficzny do smartfonów i tabletów zintegrowany z procesorem Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Qualcomm twierdzi, że jest o 25% szybszy od Adreno 7340 w Snapdragonie 8 Gen 2, a pierwsze testy porównawcze pokazują, że GPU jest w stanie pokonać iGPU Apple A17 Pro.

Karty z tej kategorii są w stanie pociągnąć płynnie najnowsze gry, ale

nie ze wszystkimi opcjami i nie w wysokiej rozdzielczości. Szczególnie

wymagające gry chodzą tylko na minimalnych ustawieniach, w wyniku

czego często mocno cierpi jakość grafiki. Układy z tej klasy powinny

zainteresować osoby rzadko grające w gry.
