Samsung wciąż cierpi na pewien technologiczny konserwatyzm – ładowanie 45 W, które na tle chińskiej konkurencji wypada blado, oraz uparte trzymanie się tradycyjnych baterii 5000 mAh zamiast gęstszych ogniw krzemowo-węglowych, to w 2026 roku zauważalne minusy. Przeszkadzać może też archaiczne złącze USB-C 2.0, choć według mnie większość użytkowników przecenia znaczenie tej kwestii. Który model zatem wybrać? Jeśli Wasz budżet jest sztywny, Galaxy A37 5G za 1699 zł (w wersji 8 GB RAM!) będzie bardzo bezpiecznym, rozsądnym wyborem do codziennych zadań, oferującym niemal ten sam świetny ekran i aparat główny co droższy brat. Jeśli jednak możecie dopłacić, Galaxy A57 5G (2299 zł) jest propozycją po prostu znacznie lepszą. Dopłacicie tu nie tylko do zauważalnie wyższej płynności działania (Exynos 1680) i lepszego szerokiego kąta z pełnym wideo 4K, ale też wyższej jakości wykonania (metalowe ramki). Poza tym ten model to urządzenie smuklejsze.

Czy Samsung Galaxy A57 jest dobrym telefonem? Ba, jest bardzo dobrym telefonem! Niewiele jest na rynku urządzeń równie dopracowanych i zbalansowanych, szczególnie na poziomie wykonania czy oprogramowania. Tu się wiele nie zmieniło na przestrzeni generacji, co akurat stanowi doskonałą wiadomość. Tym bardziej frustruje fakt, że tak samo nie zmieniło się wiele w kwestii ograniczeń, którymi producent wydaje się celowo obarczać swoje telefony – np. w zakresie funkcji foto/wideo czy ładowania. Nie żeby przekreślało to świetne wrażenie zostawione po sobie przez bohatera testu, ale jednak z roku na rok tego typu kompromisy doskwierają coraz bardziej – szczególnie kiedy trzeba wysupłać z kieszeni kwotę jak za używanego Passata.

Nie mam wątpliwości, że zarówno Samsung Galaxy A57, jak i Samsung Galaxy A37, to dobry średniopółkowy smartfon, spośród których oba przekonają do siebie wiele osób wymagających przede wszystkim solidnego telefonu na lata użytkowania. Jednocześnie, nie da się ukryć, że zmiany, które w nich zaszły względem modeli z ubiegłego roku, są naprawdę małe. Niestety, nie sposób przejść obojętnie wobec podwyżki cen o około 300 złotych na każdym wariancie, co – biorąc pod uwagę marginalną ilość zmian i półkę cenową – jest bardzo odczuwalnym wzrostem. Sytuację ratują jedynie promocje, które przybliżają cenę do zeszłorocznych modeli, choć – w moim odczuciu – te telefony po prostu powinny być tańsze, bez żadnych promocji. Jeśli już miałbym decydować swoim portfelem i wybierać któryś z tych dwóch smartfonów, bez wahania wolałbym dopłacić do Samsunga Galaxy A57, głównie z uwagi na wyższą wydajność i odczuwalnie lepszy czas pracy na baterii.

Słowem: pod względem jakości obrazu Samsung Galaxy A57 wygrywa albo ewentualnie stoi na równi z Galaxy A37. Do tego dochodzi jeszcze kwestia opłacalności i tutaj też robi się interesująco. Podstawowy Galaxy A37 w czasie pisania tego tekstu kosztował około 1350 zł, a za podstawowego Galaxy A57 trzeba było zapłacić 1650 zł, czyli 300 zł drożej, ale… Najniższy wariant A37 ma mniej pamięci RAM (plus oczywiście słabszy procesor) i na co dzień spisuje się moim zdaniem średnio, bo dość często spotykałem się tutaj z denerwującymi przycięciami. Dlatego, jeśli ktoś chciałby trochę lepiej działający wariant, to mógłby kupić Galaxy A37 w wersji 8 / 256 GB, a ona niestety kosztuje prawie tyle samo, co najniższy wariant Galaxy A57 8 / 128 GB, czyli około 1600 zł. Podsumowując: Galaxy A37 robi podobne lub gorsze zdjęcia oraz filmy, a do tego w sensownie działającej wersji kosztuje tyle samo, co Galaxy A57, który ma równie dobre, lub lepsze aparaty i w dodatku działa szybciej. Moim zdaniem końcowy werdykt jest prosty: Samsung Galaxy A57 jest po prostu bardziej opłacalnym wyborem z tych dwóch. Oczywiste jednak jest to, że moja opinia nie jest jedyną słuszną, więc zapraszam do wyrażania własnych spostrzeżeń w komentarzach. Miłego dnia!

W niniejszym pojedynku Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G mocno zaskoczył mnie tylko w jednym aspekcie. O dziwo zdjęcia dzienne z głównego aparatu tego smartfona wypadają w mojej opinii nawet lepiej od tych wykonanych najnowszym modelem. Być może kolory faktycznie czasem wydają się nieco przejaskrawione, jednak ogólna naturalność ujęć, rozpiętość tonalna czy szczegółowość prezentowana przez niemal 5-letniego średniaka może się podobać. W tych samych warunkach Galaxy A57 5G często zapewnia ciemniejsze, w mojej opinii mniej atrakcyjne dla oka ujęcia. Nie oznacza to jednak, że to gorszy fotosmartfon, bowiem w każdej innej sytuacji tegoroczna nowość zdecydowanie wygrywa. Gwarantuje znacznie wyraźniejsze zdjęcia nocne, naturalniejsze zdjęcia ultraszerokokątne, a do tego dochodzi jeszcze aspekt wideo, gdzie można liczyć np. na lepszą stabilizację, płynniejsze przełączanie pomiędzy aparatami czy sprawniejszego autofokusa. Jeśli więc nadal jesteście użytkownikami Galaxy A52s 5G bądź innego smartfona wydanego w tamtych latach i myśleliście o przesiadce, cóż, być może to już jest ten moment? Tak się składa, że omawiany Samsung Galaxy A57 5G jest całkiem dobrym kandydatem na kolejny telefon, szczególnie że oficjalna cena została obniżona do 1999 zł, a niektóre sklepy sprzedają go już za nieco ponad 1600 zł...

Na Galaxy A57 5G można też jednak spojrzeć bardziej przychylnie. Pozytywnie zaskoczył mnie chip Exynos 1680, który nie tylko jest prawie tak samo wydajny jak Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, ale przy tym ledwo się nagrzewa i nie zwalnia pod obciążeniem. To kolejny dowód, że nie trzeba się bać autorskich układów Samsunga. Docenić wypada również wyjątkowo smukłą i lekką obudowę z flagowym certyfikatem IP68, a także szereg pomniejszych usprawnień, jak np. dodanie obsługi nowoczesnych standardów łączności czy fizycznego czujnika zbliżeniowego. W gruncie rzeczy mamy więc do czynienia z bezpiecznym, ale udanym następcą Galaxy A56 5G, który przecież zdobył u nas znak jakości. Domyślam się jak to wszystko brzmi, ale wobec coraz śmielszej konkurencji i bardzo wysokiej cenie startowej po prostu nie da się patrzeć na to urządzenie z tego samego poziomu. Podstawowy wariant Galaxy A57 5G 8+128 GB został wyceniony na 2309 zł, a więc na start jest o ponad 300 zł droższy od poprzednika, a jakby tego było mało, z takim budżetem można już przecież celować w Samsunga Galaxy S25 FE, Google Pixela 9 czy wiele innych ciekawych ex-flagowców.

Samsung Galaxy A57 5G to telefon, który nie próbuje nikogo oszołomić pierwszego dnia, ale za to konsekwentnie dowozi to, co w średniej półce liczy się najbardziej: stabilność, przewidywalność i długowieczność. Świetny ekran, bardzo dobry czas pracy na baterii, dopracowane oprogramowanie i sześć lat wsparcia sprawiają, że to urządzenie daje poczucie spokoju, którego często brakuje u bardziej „efektownych” konkurentów. To sprzęt, który nie męczy i nie zaskakuje negatywnie, a w codziennym użytkowaniu po prostu robi swoje. Nie jest jednak pozbawiony wad. Aparat ultraszerokokątny odstaje od głównego, brak ładowania bezprzewodowego może irytować, a wideo nocne nie zachwyca. Mimo to A57 5G pozostaje jednym z najbardziej „dorosłych” wyborów w swojej klasie. Jeśli szukasz telefonu, który ma działać dobrze dziś i równie dobrze za kilka lat, to właśnie ten kierunek.

Jeśli Twój telefon ma być lekki i cienki, jak najdłużej aktualizowany i świetnie współpracujący z innymi urządzeniami Samsung, to Samsung Galaxy A57 5G będzie dla Ciebie lepszą opcją. W każdym innym przypadku realme 16 Pro+ jest lepszym wyborem. To wszystko w perspektywie bardzo podobnej ceny. Z doświadczenia wiem bowiem, że Samsung stanieje dużo szybciej i dużo bardziej niż realme. Poprzednika Galaxy A57 spokojnie dało się kupić za ok. 1300 zł parę miesięcy po premierze, a poprzednik realme błąkał się w okolicach 2000 zł. Jeśli historia się powtórzy, a to przewiduję, Samsung A57 mocno zyska na atrakcyjności. Jak dla mnie sprawa jest prosta: realme 16 Pro+ jest teraz lepszym wyborem niż Samsung Galaxy A57 5G. Wygrywa w większości kategorii, a do tego jest teraz tańszy. Jeśli masz inne zdanie, chętnie je poznam.

The Samsung Galaxy A57 is a well-built, well-supported and well-designed phone that gets a great deal right. But the price is the conversation the A57 cannot escape. At Rs 56,999 for the base variant, Samsung is asking significantly more than the A56 ever commanded and the upgrades, while real, are uneven. The camera hardware is essentially unchanged. Charging remains at 45 W in a segment that has moved on to faster standards. The display stays at Full HD+ when 1.5K has become the benchmark for this price bracket. And the low-light camera performance, particularly through Night Mode, is not the step change this price demands. For buyers upgrading from an A55 or older, the A57 is an easy recommendation because the cumulative improvements are significant and the long-term software commitment is compelling. For A56 owners, the case is much harder to make. And for anyone entering this segment fresh at around Rs 57,000, the competition is serious and informed. The A57 is a good phone, but we would advise buyers to be on the lookout for a price cut or discounts during sale season.

The Galaxy A57 5G has me conflicted because there is so much about it that I genuinely like. It is thin, light, well-built, comfortable to use, and easily one of the nicest mid-range phones I’ve held in years. The display is great, the main camera takes photos I’d happily post, the battery comfortably lasts a full day, and One UI 8.5 runs lighter than any version of Samsung’s skin has in years. Even after switching from the Z Fold 7, I never felt desperate to move my SIM back. That says a lot. But the A57 5G also leaves a few obvious upgrades on the table. A more capable processor would have fixed half the complaints in this review on its own, including the thermals, the stutters, and the camera app’s occasional lag. The ultrawide camera could have used a real upgrade, and the macro camera just deserves a quiet retirement. Wireless charging would have been nice, too.None of these is an obvious dealbreaker. The biggest problem with recommending the Galaxy A57 5G is Samsung’s own Galaxy S25 FE ($534.99 at Samsung). It has significantly more power, a dedicated telephoto lens, wireless charging, and the badge of being part of Samsung’s flagship lineup. Even at MSRP, it’s only $100 more than the A57 5G, and it’s already been going on sale for the same price as the A57 5G, and sometimes even less.If you want something smaller, the superb Pixel 10a ($499 at Amazon) offers the full Google Pixel experience for slightly less. It runs an older but still flagship-grade Tensor chip, includes wireless charging, has one of the best point-and-shoot cameras in any price range, and gets seven years of software updates — one year more than Samsung’s phone.

If that sounds like you, you don't really need to spend a small fortune on a flagship. What will you miss out on? If you, however, care about those things and want a phone that will remain fast for years to come, the $500 price premium is definitely worth considering.

First, I would say that both are excellent mid-range phones, but each has unique advantages. The bigger screen of the Galaxy might alone be a reason to buy as the iPhone just feels too cramped. At the same time, the Galaxy is thin and lightweight, so it doesn't really feel like a big phone. It's my favorite mid-range phone when it comes to design.I would also get the Galaxy for the smoother daily performance with that 120Hz refresh rate, the brighter screen outdoors and the faster charging. Go for the iPhone if you prefer the Apple ecosystem, if you want the performance power to know that your phone will stay zippy for years to come and if you want the better camera for both photos and videos. And if you want wireless charging.

I think this is really a no brainer. When it comes to mid-range phones, I was pretty happy with the Pixel 10a and I maintained that it was the best mid-range offering, coming in at $499. Now that I’ve reviewed the Galaxy A57 though, I think this is the new mid-range king and that’s because it gives an overall better. The camera quality is about the same, though I do think the photos look a little nicer coming from the Galaxy A57. Battery life is also pretty similar, but I think the biggest things that set this phone apart are its gorgeous display, and its performance. While the fingerprint sensor is a bit slow, I think overall the Galaxy A57 performs pretty well in most use case scenarios. So for $549.99, I think yes, this is a phone you should definitely buy if you’re looking for something mid-range. If you’re willing to spend a little more money, like $100 and up, then maybe this isn’t the device for you because then we’re starting to get pretty close to low-cost flagships. However, around this price point, this an excellent choice. Even more so when you consider the price will probably come down in the next six months, if it even takes that long.

In the beginning of the review, I told you that while I was impressed by the slim design at first, one word kept echoing in my mind all the time I was using the Galaxy A57 5G. And that word was... "average". How is the performance of Samsung's new mid-ranger? Average. What about the cameras? Well, average! And the battery life? You guessed it, perfectly average. To be fair, that is a perfectly adequate description of a mid-range phone. And there are a few things that stand out too. The slim and lightweight design is my favorite feature of the A57, I wish more phones adopted it, it's absolutely brilliant. The fast charging speeds are very nice, and the loudspeaker quality surprised me. As for my biggest gripe with this phone, it's the super slow fingerprint reader. So what are your alternatives? In the same price bracket, you now have the iPhone 17e and the Pixel 10a, both of which win when it comes to the processor and the camera. The A57 is also far too close in price to the Galaxy S25 FE, which again has a faster chip and better cameras, including a telephoto one. I am not convinced that the Galaxy A57 5G makes a lot of sense at full price, but wait for the discounts. If you can get it at $450, the large, bright screen and the Samsung software suddenly may seem very, very tempting.

Yes, the Samsung Galaxy A57 is a great buy. The screen looks fantastic, from the thin bezels to the vivid colors; the camera is ideal for vibrant, fun shots. The battery life is sufficient that many won’t need to charge it each day, and it charges quickly, too. It's in these areas that the Galaxy A57 is a better choice than the Pixel 10a. The software is well-designed and easy to use, plus it’ll be supported for years, and the phone feels expensive and durable, meaning you won’t immediately look to upgrade it next year. It makes the $50 increase in price over the Galaxy A56 easier to accept. If you own the Galaxy A56, it’s not dramatically improved, so you may not want to upgrade, but if the Pixel 10a looks too much like the Pixel 9a, and the Nothing Phone 4a Pro is too bold, the Galaxy A57 should be at the top of your shopping list. The Galaxy A57 looks and feels like an S-series phone, no two words about that. It has an improved design and build, slimmer screen bezels, and lighter body. It's become more refined, and it feels more premium. The new Exynos chip with LPDDR5X RAM is alright - it provides balanced everyday performance, but the competition has upped its game a lot this year, and the A57 is trailing behind. The camera department turned out to be surprisingly good, with excellent main and selfie cameras. The ultrawide shooter did okay, but the macro lens is there just for earning the "triple-camera" title for the A57. Finally, the battery life is now improved despite the identical battery capacity as last year. The One UI on the A57 is a typical Samsung affair minus DeX and a few AI tricks. The A57 is a good phone, all things considered, but not at that price. The Galaxy A56 is almost the same phone at half the price, while the Galaxy S25 FE is a flagship device with a similar tag. The Galaxy A57 is a very balanced phone with hardly any shortcomings so it's well worth a recommendation, but until it gets a price cut, it will remain a hard sell.

The Samsung Galaxy A57 smartphone was announced in March 2026. It is a slim, good-looking mid-range phone that does not try too hard to be flashy. It measures just 6.9mm thin and weighs 179g, so it feels light and comfortable in the hand. The build is solid, with Gorilla Glass Victus+ on both the front and back, plus an aluminum frame. It comes in Navy, Gray, Icyblue, or Lilac. You get multiple SIM options (nano + eSIM, with up to two active at a time, and it is IP68 rated, meaning it can survive a dunk in 1.5m of fresh water for 30 minutes. So yes, rain and accidental spills are no problem. The 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ display runs at 120Hz for smooth scrolling and hits 1900 nits peak brightness, so sunlight visibility is excellent. Under the hood, Samsung’s own Exynos 1680 chip (4nm) and up to 12GB of RAM handle daily tasks and casual gaming fine, though it is not a flagship beast. The software is a highlight Android 16 with One UI 8.5, and Samsung promises six major Android upgrades, so this phone could last you until 2032 or so. Storage options go up to 512GB, but there is no microSD card slot.

There's a lot to like about both the Galaxy A57 and the Galaxy A37. Both are smart-looking phones with large batteries, fast charging and some solid camera hardware hiding under the surface. Not to mention the fact that Samsung has added a lot of new AI features that you would otherwise only be able to get on the Galaxy S26 series. The fact that Samsung has increased the price still stings, especially since it seems to be affecting the American market more than the U.K. For the extra money, you'd hope Samsung would offer a little bit more of a substantial upgrade, but that isn't the case, especially not for the Galaxy A57.
