At the affordable end of the lineup, the Lenovo Tab P11 Plus stands out. In addition to offering solid performance and good battery life, it looks sleek, packs a bright, sharp display, and has some of the best speakers we’ve heard on a tablet. We'd like to see a better front-facing camera and a promised update to Android 13, but that doesn't change the fact that, for around $300, this is the best Android tablet you can buy right now. Amazon's Fire HD 10 is an even more affordable option at $149.99, and is a worthy alternative if you don't mind its very Amazon-centric interface and content. Of course, the $329 iPad is another top choice, but Lenovo's Tab P11 Plus is a better fit for Android phone users and Google-centric households.

Lenovo Tab P12 Pro jest bardzo mocną propozycją w tym budżecie. Jest on widocznie tańszy niż konkurent od koreańskiego producenta, a jednocześnie nie idzie na wiele ustępstw poza rysikiem i wydajnością, która i tak jest w pełni wystarczająca. W końcu mamy tutaj naprawdę świetny ekran, dobre czasy na baterii i piękne wykonanie. Osobiście nie widzę sensu w dopłacaniu do wersji 8/256, znacznie lepiej wydać różnicę na zestaw klawiatury ze stand coverem.

Lenovo Tab P12 Pro jest sprzętem, w przypadku którego właściwie trudno się o cokolwiek bardziej przyczepić. W mojej opinii największą wadą jest starsza wersja systemu – Android 11 (zamiast Androida 12) oraz ogromny poślizg z wprowadzaniem poprawek zabezpieczeń – mamy lipiec, a te datowane są na luty. To stawia też pod znakiem zapytania dalsze wsparcie w postaci kolejnych, w tym dużych, aktualizacji. Oprócz tego nieco boli brak wersji z modemem sieci 5G (4G w ostateczności), co trudno jednak uznać za brak przekreślający ten sprzęt w oczach większości potencjalnych klientów, którzy będą z tabletu korzystać w domowym zaciszu. Szkoda też, że w zestawie jest wolniejsza ładowarka, skoro urządzenie wspiera szybsze ładowanie, ale znowu – konkurencja o ładowarkach w zestawach sprzedażowych potrafi zapomnieć. Jeśli uda Wam się złapać Lenovo Tab P12 Pro w wersji 8/256 za 2999 złotych, uważam, że to dobry deal. Zwłaszcza, że taki 12,4-calowy Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+, który niewątpliwie jest też udanym sprzętem, kosztuje w tej samej konfiguracji sporo więcej – aż 4599 złotych.

Lenovo Tab P12 Pro to urządzenie, o które pewnie nikt nie prosił, ale na swój sposób każdy go potrzebował. Wysokiej klasy tablet z Androidem, który może konkurować z iPadem i linią Samsung Galaxy Tab S? Jestem za, szczególnie że bohater testu to kawał naprawdę dobrego sprzętu. Bo od strony sprzętowej naprawdę trudno mu cokolwiek zarzucić. Mamy świetny ekran, wydajne podzespoły i wysoką jakość wykonania. Dostajemy też praktyczny dodatek w postaci aktywnego rysika, który docenią ilustratorzy czy osoby pracujące z grafiką. Gdyby jeszcze w podstawowym zestawie znalazło się miejsce na etui z klawiaturą, byłoby wręcz idealnie. Niestety producent się na taki krok nie zdecydował, a szkoda, bo mocno podniosłoby to użyteczność urządzenia. Ale skoro o użyteczności mowa, to tu pojawia się przysłowiowa łyżka dziegciu. Lenovo Tab P12 Pro to wysokiej klasy tablet z Androidem. Z Androidem. Choć system Google świetnie spisuje się na smartfonach i potencjalnie nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie, by równie dobrze radził sobie na większych urządzeniach, to jednak w praktyce nie ma niestety tak różowo.

Despite being outpaced by a Samsung Galaxy S22, the Lenovo Tablet P12 Pro is no slouch. The Snapdragon processor keeps things moving smoothly, the memory is great for multitasking and the refresh rate is great for some gaming. The speakers are loud enough for most applications and the battery life immense thanks to its sheer size. We love the Precision Pen and it being included in the box is a trend we can get behind. With all of that having been said, at the price of R24 499 we have to ask whether this tablet is better than an iPad Pro that you can pick up for R23 999. Yes, you don’t get the stylus or a wall charger in the box with an iPad, but it is the first choice for both artists and professionals thanks to that beefy M4 chip.

The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is a premium Android tablet and everything works just fine for the most part. The Productivity mode still requires some work, but overall, the tablet is powerful enough to handle multiple apps at once and even a bit of gaming. The 2-in-1 keyboard cover is definitely a must-have for the Tab 12 Pro as it offers a comfortable typing experience, although the trackpad sensitivity requires some adjustment. However, what the Tab P12 Pro, and nearly every other Android tablet, still lacks is proper support when it comes to third-party apps and a desktop-class usage experience, which is something you can only get on a proper desktop-class OS. The Tab 12 Pro still has a reason to exist though, since most laptops in this price segment do not offer the convenience and portability of a tablet. The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro should appeal to artists or creators looking for a precision stylus along with a quality display. However, for serious productivity users, Samsung's Galaxy Tab S8+ seems like a better package, but also costs a lot more (Rs. 67,999 onwards).

The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is a very well balanced high-end Android tablet that’s perfect for media consumption, courtesy of a colour-rich 12.6in AMOLED display and four great sounding speakers. Its design is suitably premium, its software suitably clean and focused, and I’m a fan of the bundled Precision Pen stylus. However, its performance – whilst decent – isn’t quite what you might expect from a genuine Pro tablet and the same is true of battery life. To that end, its price tag feels ever so slightly steep. If you can find it for a hefty discount, however, then it’s a genuinely viable alternative to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 range – especially if you intend to watch a lot of video content.

The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is a versatile, premium tablet that will be great for working on during the day and chilling out with in the evening - that’s partly due to the big 12.6-inch AMOLED screen, and partly down to its performance because it will be able to cope with anything you could throw at it. The huge battery means that this will last if you need to use it when you’re out and about, or to entertain you during long journeys. Plus, it will charge back up again very quickly. To play devil's advocate, this tablet isn't completely perfect because the camera system leaves a lot to be desired and if you plan to use it for tablet art or sketching then the stylus might not be precise enough, but those points won’t be dealbreakers for most people. You do get plenty of bang for your buck because while the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is expensive, it's not as expensive as other tablets with similar screen sizes. I think it's well worth considering!

The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is a high-end Android tablet that makes a concession or two in order to provide a great 12-inch display at a much lower cost than either Samsung or Apple. And that 120Hz OLED is a great display. Lenovo uses a Snapdragon 870, a mid-range chipset based on the top-end Qualcomm mobile CPU from 2020. It’s a lot less powerful than the Apple M1 of the iPad Pro or the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 tablets. But heat generation is low, and the tablet still handles almost all games well. You might want to consider this power drop more carefully if, for example, you’re into CPU/GPU-busting retro games emulation. Like Samsung, Lenovo puts significant effort into making the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro a feasible laptop replacement. And the included Precision Pen 3 stylus is very good – although Apple’s tablets still have the edge for creativity apps.

Lenovo mostly hit the mark with the Tab P12 Pro. The tablet matches the quality, performance, and pricing of its main rivals and also offers a few things they don’t. The Tab P12 Pro is a solid piece of hardware that’s well made, with a gorgeous display for consuming content or getting some work done. It pushes out plenty of speed and cranks out class-leading battery life. Biometrics ensure that the tablet is always secured and extras like JBL-tuned speakers and expandable storage give it a leg up. The tablet could have a better upgrade commitment from Lenovo. Two OS updates would be better than one. Moreover, the haptics are rather rough and the cameras could be better. Lenovo comes close to delivering the whole package here. The included stylus helps offset the P12 Pro’s price when compared to some competing tablets, and the well-rounded software suite and optional keyboard accessory make the tablet an appealing option as a potential productivity machine.

The Lenovo Tab P12 offers something a little different from the rest of the mid-priced Android tablet crowd. It might not be as fast or well-specced as the Xiaomi Pad 5 or the OnePlus Pad, but a laser-like focus on creativity and productivity makes it better suited to certain use cases. Its huge 12.7in 3K display isn’t the absolute best on the market, but its sheer size – in conjunction with crisp quad speakers – make for a uniquely impactful media playback package. What’s more, the bundled-in Tab Pen Plus stylus and optional keyboard case transform the Lenovo Tab P12 into a powerful yet affordable tool for creative types. If you’re after a well-priced tablet to do classic tablet things like browsing the web and playing games, then the likes of the Xiaomi Pad 5 and OnePlus Pad are much better (and much more portable) bets. But if you want to throw a little sketching, scrawling, and typing into the mix, the Lenovo Tab P12 is worthy contender.

If you are on the hunt for a big-screen tablet that doesn’t cost a fortune, the Lenovo Tab P12 (TB370FU) should possibly be on your shortlist. The device has a sharp 12.7″ IPS display with punchy colors that offers detailed picture quality. We watched some 4K YouTube videos on the big screen of the Lenovo machine and they look great thanks to the quality high-res panel. The build feels solid, the back is made of metal and we didn’t observe any bends or squeaky noises while trying to bend the device a bit. The quad JBL speakers sound good and the maximum volume is on the high side. The pictures that we take using both cameras are okay for a tablet. The back is an 8MP snapper that can also record 1080p 30FPS video (but the quality is below average) while the front one is able to capture 4K clips that looked detailed for a tablet. The device isn’t bloated with unnecessary software.
