Nubia Redmagic 9 Pro to wyjątkowy smartfon, który znajduje się w TOP 3 najszybszych telefonów w rankingu Antutu. Jako jedyny znany mi telefon ma wbudowane aktywne chłodzenie i baterię o pojemności aż 6500 mAh. Jeżeli wydajność i czas działania są priorytetowe, ciężko znaleźć dla Nubii jakąkolwiek konkurencję. Nie zabrakło także superszybkiego ładowania i modnego, całkowicie płaskiego designu. Wyświetlacz nie jest ani najjaśniejszy, ani nie ma najwyższego odświeżania czy rozdzielczości, ale dobrze się sprawdza i ma niewidoczne wycięcie na przednią kamerę. Tak naprawdę Redmagic 9 Pro ma tylko dwa istotne kompromisy. Jeden z nich jest charakterystyczny dla wszystkich flagowych telefonów dla graczy – to uboższy zestaw aparatów niż w innych flagowcach. Moim zdaniem dla kogoś, kto nie kładzie nacisku na mobilną fotografię będzie on wystarczający.

Redmagic 9 Pro to bardzo udany smartfon, który powinien spodobać się zwłaszcza fanom gier. Na nich czeka fenomenalna wydajność, sprawny układ chłodzenia i wciąż bardzo wysoka kultura pracy (choć w tym przypadku poprzedni model wypadał trochę lepiej), a także wygodne magnetyczne spusty i inne dodatki przydatne podczas rozgrywki. Nie tylko fani gier powinni docenić atrakcyjną stylistykę i ładny ekran, bogaty system z licznymi usprawnieniami, ulepszone aparaty, dobre brzmienie głośników i jeszcze lepsze na słuchawkach, a także długi czas pracy i szybkie ładowanie. Atutem jest też dobry stosunek ceny do możliwości i choć smartfony ze Snapdragonem 8 Gen 3 dopiero wchodzą na rynek, można podejrzewać, że będzie to jeden z najtańszych modeli. Redmagic 9 Pro nie wnosi zmian rewolucyjnych, ale stanowi udaną ewolucję poprzedniej generacji.

Nubia REDMAGIC 9 Pro kosztuje około 2800 złotych. W tej cenie dostajemy bardzo wydajny, elegancki, dobrze wykonany smartfon ze świetną baterią. Prawdopodobnie to będzie odpowiedni wybór dla fanów mobilnego grania w gry. Z drugiej jednak strony mamy przeciętny aparat i bardzo dużo błędów systemowych, które denerwują podczas codziennego użytkowania. Trudno więc dać temu sprzętowi wyższą ocenę niż 6/10. Jakby tego było mało, połowa menu nie została przetłumaczona, a problemy, które występowały w 8S Pro, tutaj także są obecne. W cenie do 3000 złotych da się znaleźć lepsze propozycje, jak np. Nothing Phone (2), Xiaomi 13 T czy też iPhone 13 – przynajmniej tak długo, dopóki nie zależy Ci głównie na graniu w gry. Wielka szkoda, że producent podszedł do niektórych rzeczy po macoszemu i nie dopracował bardziej smartona. Być może wtedy mówilibyśmy o prawdziwym hicie, mogącym zdominować rynek. A tak, mamy po prostu kolejną, gamingową ciekawostkę…

REDMAGIC 9 Pro to prawdziwa bestia dla graczy. Smartfonów o podobnej wydajności przynajmniej na razie istnieje niewiele, a zwłaszcza w tak przystępnej cenie. Wysoka wydajność to jednak nie wszystko, co ten smartfon ma w zanadrzu. REDMAGIC 9 Pro cechuje się bowiem ciekawym, a jednocześnie schludnym designem i bardzo długim czasem pracy na baterii, a ponadto oferuje szybkie ładowanie i świetny ekran. Osobom, którym zależy przede wszystkim na wysokiej wydajności, nie będą przeszkadzać najważniejsze wady tego smartfonu, czyli nieco rozczarowujące możliwości fotograficzne, głośna praca systemu chłodzenia, a nawet niedociągnięcia tłumaczeniowe systemu operacyjnego. W przypadku systemu operacyjnego należy zaznaczyć, że ten działa bez zarzutu i oferuje całe mnóstwo opracowanych z myślą o graczach funkcji.

Wiele komplementów zebrały także filmy nagrane w rozdzielczości 8K. Obiektyw szerokokątny o tej samej rozdzielczości 50 megapikseli również nie jest zły, ale 2-megapikselowy aparat makro jest zainstalowany bardziej na pokaz. Głośniki stereo charakteryzują się głośnością przekraczającą 90 decybeli, słychać też bas. Dostępne są płatności zbliżeniowe NFC, dostępna jest obsługa 5G, aby obniżyć koszty, deweloper musiał poświęcić wyłącznie ochronę przed wilgocią i ładowanie bezprzewodowe. Ale nawet bez nich phablet jest gotowy na wielomilionową sprzedaż.

Muszę przyznać, że z tabletami na ogół nie mam zbyt wiele do czynienia, jednak gdy tylko otrzymałem wiadomość, że Astra zmierza do mnie na testy, w głowie od razu wytworzyła mi się wizja urządzenia w stylu REDMAGIC-a 10 Pro, ale ze znacznie większym ekranem. Cóż, teraz mogę już powiedzieć, że praktyce dostałem właśnie to, na co liczyłem. Ostatni gamingowy tablet tej marki to nic innego, jak spełnienie marzeń dla zapalonych graczy, którzy w nosie mają software'owe niuanse. To po prostu szalenie wydajne urządzenie, które dzięki zaawansowanemu systemowi chłodzenia powinno sprawdzać się nawet podczas długich partyjek - i właśnie pod tym kątem trzeba oceniać to urządzenie. W końcu gdyby miał to być kombajn do pracy czy robienia notatek, nie miałby tak gamingowego designu i takich funkcji na pokładzie, prawda? Musimy jednak pozostać obiektywni - mimo że to stricte gamingowy tablet i nie można wymagać od niego tego samego, co np. od iPada, wypada zwrócić uwagę na jego wady. Przede wszystkim wielka szkoda, że obecna tutaj platforma Game Space nie wyróżnia się niczym specjalnym - została wręcz skopiowana ze smartfonów nubii/REDMAGIC, i to razem ze wszystkimi błędami.

RedMagic Astra to bez wątpienia propozycja niszowa, ale w swojej niszy niemal bezkonkurencyjna. To potężna maszyna do gier, zamknięta w zaskakująco kompaktowej i świetnie wykonanej obudowie. Jej największymi atutami są bardzo wysoka wydajność, wspierana przez dość skuteczny układ chłodzenia, oraz znakomity ekran LTPO OLED, który sprawia, że gry wyglądają zjawiskowo. Niestety nie jest to jednak urządzenie bez wad. Największym rozczarowaniem są bardzo słabej jakości głośniki, które psują doświadczenia multimedialne. Problematyczna jest również polityka aktualizacji producenta, a raczej jej brak, co stawia pod znakiem zapytania długowieczność urządzenia. Do listy minusów należy dopisać także brak łączności komórkowej oraz przeciętny czas pracy na baterii.

Możliwości fotograficzne urządzenia nie są imponujące i są raczej potrzebne do komunikacji wideo. W razie potrzeby 13-megapikselowy moduł główny i 9-megapikselowy aparat do selfie umożliwiają wykonywanie artystycznych zdjęć, ale tylko w świetle dziennym. Dźwięk stereo jest jednak niezwykle głęboki i bogaty, a jego głośność przekracza 90 dB. Wśród innych zalet warto wymienić obecność żyroskopu, płatności zbliżeniowych NFC oraz zmodyfikowanego systemu Android 15. That's an excellent question right there! The RedMagic Astra gaming tablet caters to a very specific audience. On the one hand, people who enjoy some heavy and competitive mobile gaming but, for some reason, find most smartphones too small in terms of display size. On the other hand, though, the Astra lacks dedicated hardware controls such as shoulder buttons or capacitive zones to give you that extra precision and flexibility during gaming, so it's a pros-and-cons situation.There are some very strong sides to this slate – the display is simply amazing, and the 165 Hz refresh rate is super smooth. There's power on tap you can use in non-gaming scenarios as well, and the compact nature of the Astra makes it a perfect travel buddy. Of course it's the performance where this skinny slab is the winner. I did notice some overheating when gaming on the most stressful Android titles like Wuthering Waves, which resulted in some slight throttling after a couple of hours. I found the display to be quite excellent. I'm a real fan of the OLED screen in this tablet, and the 1,100 to 1,600 nits of peak brightness really complements HDR content too. I did not have too much trouble viewing the screen under indirect sunlight, although it was not quite as bright as my Galaxy S23 Ultra, but that makes sense considering the S23's display is rated for 1200 nits (HBM), 1750 nits (peak) which is slightly more than the Astra Gaming Tablet's 1,100 (hbm) 1,600 (peak) screen. It also ticks the boxes on media consumption support and for being just over a third of a kilo at 370 grams. What's not to like? Well, it does not support cellular for things like a data SIM, and there's no charger in the box in any region, but you do get a whole lot of tablet for that. You may be wondering why I did not include anything about the cameras.

SD 8 Gen 3: Wysokiej klasy SoC dla smartfonów, który został wprowadzony pod koniec 2022 roku z szybkim rdzeniem głównym opartym na architekturze ARM Cortex-X3 taktowanym zegarem do 3,2 GHz. Dwa kolejne wydajne rdzenie są oparte na A715 i również obsługują tylko aplikacje 64-bitowe. Dwa dodatkowe rdzenie A710 obsługują również aplikacje 32-bitowe, podobnie jak energooszczędne rdzenie Cortex-A510. Oprócz rdzeni procesora, SoC integruje modem WiFi 7, Hexagon DSP (do akceleracji AI) i Spectra ISP. Zintegrowany kontroler pamięci obsługuje szybką pamięć LPDDR5x o częstotliwości do 4200 MHz. 5G jest zawarte w chipie z modemem Snapdragon X70.

SD 8 Elite: Wysokiej klasy SoC (System on a Chip) dla smartfonów, który został zaprezentowany pod koniec 2024 roku. Integruje on dwa szybkie rdzenie Oryon Gen 2 Prime o taktowaniu do 4,32 GHz i 6 mniejszych rdzeni Oryon Gen 2 Performance o taktowaniu do 3,53 GHz.
